The library adopts a new non-inductive borrowing and returning gate access control system, which is multi-purpose for one machine and meets the needs of access control and borrowing and returning at the same time. Students can enter and exit the library through facial recognition, reader ID, palm print authentication and other methods; automatically identify the books carried by readers, and borrow and return them without feeling. Multiple books can be borrowed and returned at the same time, and the book borrowing and returning experience is smooth.
Walking into the library, you will encounter an "intelligent assistant". As the all-round assistant of the library, you can welcome guests, navigate, find books, visit, and answer questions. The consultation and guide robot takes the initiative to greet readers through facial recognition; at the same time, it can accurately recognize voice messages and answer readers' questions in combination with the knowledge base; help readers find books and guide readers to find target bookshelves; cooperate with the large screen of the fuselage to promote activities and high-quality books in the exhibition hall for readers, and provide readers with personalized services.
Seaever Intelligence has equipped Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College with a full set of intelligent self-service equipment. Reader identities are automatically authenticated through face recognition. Students can quickly find book information, search for book locations and routes through the comprehensive navigation retrieval platform. At the same time, self-service borrowing and returning systems are used to realize self-service borrowing of books. There is no upper limit on borrowing. Borrowing and returning books is more convenient, and the efficiency of book circulation is comprehensively improved.
In order to improve the management efficiency of librarians and save management costs and labor costs, Seaever Intelligent has created a full information management system for the library of the Cloud Communication Institute, which realizes the whole process information management of books from interviewing, cataloguing, collection to circulation. With intelligent management tools such as librarian workstations and mobile inventory cars, it helps librarians to quickly put books on the shelves and arrange books, effectively improving the accuracy of inventory.
