The self-service kiosk is a device that is connected to the library ILS/LMS through SIP2 or NCIP protocol, which can scan, identify and borrow and return the circulating materials attached with RFID tags. It is a self-service device that helps the library improve the circulation rate of books, simplify the borrowing/returning process, and then improve the service quality of library readers and reduce the labor intensity of library employees under the condition of limited human resources.
